Disposable Cups and the Environment

Pioneer Vending has always taken any effect its products could possibly make to the environment extremely seriously. You will have noticed that lately there has been a huge amount of discussion in the media concerning Paper Disposable Cups.

For many years we have advised our customers that despite the misconception of Paper Cups being kinder to the environment they in fact weren't, this was due to the lining needed to prevent liquid leaking from the Paper cup and therefore  rendering them not recyclable. On the other hand our Plastic cups have always been 100% Recyclable.

 Our Soloution;

• Our 7oz 73mm In-Cup Drinks Range will continue to be supplied in 100% Recyclable Plastic Cups.
•  By the end of August the Paper cups used in our Our 12oz Drinks To Go Takeaway Drinks Range  will be replaced by a 100% Recyclable Paper Cup.
